GUILD EVENTS.

January 13, 12 noon, New Year Lunch at Rothley Court Hotel, Westfield Lane, Rothley, Leicestershire, LE7 7LG

May 12, from 11 am: Covent Garden May Fayre & Puppet Festival.  In the grounds of St Paul’s Church, Covent Garden, the Guild stall will be just to the right of the main doors – come and say hello.

May 23 from 6.30 pm (for 7 pm): The Puppet Theatre Barge, moored in Little Venice close to Warwick Avenue tube station and a short canal walk from Paddington Station (street parking possible).  Drinks, snacks, chats and a performance of “A Child’s Garden of Verse” (based on the poems of Robert Louis Stephenson) by the Movingstage Marionettes.  Free admission, non-members welcome – donations will be encouraged.

 FESTIVAL OF FILM & TELEVISION PUPPETRY: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire: postponed until 2019.  Watch this space.
